Ryan's 1960 Dodge This is my recently accquired 1960 Dodge D600 Dump Truck. It has a 22000 GVR, and a wide 318 with a two barrel carb, 4spd manual tranny with a 2spd rear. It runs ok and drives...... like a big truck ! I purchased it from a farmer who had used it in his fields for over 20 years. The price was rediculosly low, and I couldnt live without it. I plan to restore it someday, and use it for a car hauler/dump truck

Wynn's 1958 Dodge D100 This is my early 1958 Dodge D100. Note, most '58s have 4 headlights. Mine has room, but came from the factory with only 2. It has a '78 318 with a 904 trans and 273 gears. It has early 70s Chrysler sport wheels and the bucket seats and console from an '81 Olds Omega. Its undergoing constant upgrade, but it will always appear pretty stock.

Ben's 1957 Dodge My diamond in the rough. This is my 57 Dodge D100. When my wife and I were expecting She turned to me and said If you ever want another toy, you'd better get one now In less than a month I rounded up this beauty. It is a very solid all metal truck, it sports a very healthy 383 and 727 combo that has no trouble getting me into trouble. I certified it within the first week and drive it when I'm not modifying it. I am having the camero clip done at mountain auto body as we speak and then its on to the body after I round up the rest of the parts for the box. It was a flat bed but now has a 51 box minus a 48" x 22" tail gate that I haven't been able to track down. I'm going to paint it amber fire pearl as seen on the Dodge Dakota's and RT's. The truck is a blast to drive and the fun part is I have yet to meet another one on the road. With the exception of a 56 Fargo with a 57 nose piece at mopar fest in Cambridge Ontaio Canada, 2½ hours...

1951 Dodge

Richard Pruett I bought this truck as a 1948 model but after bringing the truck home and doing some research, I discovered it is a 1951 model. The cab is indeed from a 48-49 but the "Job-Rated" medallion on the grill is chrome plated and 1951 was the only year they chrome plated that piece. I also own a parts truck that is a 1948-49 model and plan to sell off parts I don't need. This '51 came with a Deluxe cab and the hood ornament that was optional for that year. My plans were to built a street rod as I also own a wrecked '79 Chrysler 300 with a 360 cu in and posi-rear but after closer inspection have decided to keep the truck original.

This truck started out as a parts truck for the 1947 Dodge 1-Ton Tow Truck we were going to "refurbish". When we got all done POWERWASHING it, we decided that it would be better for us to fix it up instead. Even though we guess we've been working on it off and on for about five years, I am completely amazed at how many people who have told us that they would never have the patience to do what we did. Our response to them always is... If it starts getting to you, then just put it aside and come back to it later. This truck has been around for 58 years, a few more weeks or so won't hurt. Probably the hardest part is finding all the parts. If it was a Ford or a Chevy, we'd just open up a J.C.Whitney Catalog (1-800-J C WHITNEY) and fill in the order form. No Such Luck. But that's O.K. We've gone to countless Swap-Meets, Junk-Yards, and met many new & interesting people, all in the Father & Son Quest For '39-'47 Dodge Truck Parts. At Swap-...

It is hard to believe, I found this truck, paid $1000 for her and drove her 50 miles home! I plan to put her in like new condition. I own an auto repair shop, and if I can help you or anyone else with their old truck please let me know.

Serge's 1950 Dodge After five years of blood, sweat, and tears I've completely restored, this ¾ ton, 1950 Dodge, B-2-C truck from the frame on up to it's original beauty. With the aid of many Dodge truck restoring enthusiasts on the internet, internet junkyards, and support from my family this project ended a fruitful journey. The truck is a local hometown vehicle since day one and I'm the third owner. My advise to future truck restorers: Initial Purchase Price = $1,500.00 Restoration Costs = $12,000.00 Driving her on Tennessee back roads listening to Fats Domino, Buddy Holly, Bill Hailey = Priceless
