Steve's 1951 Chevy & 1955 IHC
I have always had this thing for flat beds. I have finished the Chevy 3600 and it is all original, very solid with all new or completely rebuilt parts. The International is my personal favorite and I am in the process of restoring it completely. The motor is out of it at this writing as its being rebuilt. The IHC has been in my wife's family since it was new. We know of its entire history from when it was delivered to the International dealer in Dover TN. to be used as the dealerships delivery vehicle to when we brought to Oklahoma from Tenn. My wife's Grandfather used this truck to deliver the IHC H, Super C or C tractors he sold as a salesman for IHC. He would strap a C on the flat bed with the small front wheels right up by the driver's side corner of the bed and the back wheels just barely on the bed and pull a trailer with another tractor on it to deliver them.
